Emeritus Professor El Anatsui — one of the most celebrated figures in African and international contemporary art — is a patron of LIMCAF and an advocate for emerging artists.
Through the El Anatsui Prize, he funds international travel for LIMCAF's top six artists to attend Dak'Art, the Dakar Biennale in Senegal: direct access to international audiences, networks and opportunities for artists at the very start of their careers.
